Taste of Cincinnati: The Nation's Longest Running Culinary Arts Festival

Summer kicks off in Cincinnati with the 34th Annual Taste of Cincinnati running May 26 – May 28.  It’s held on six blocks of Fifth Street between Race and Broadway and showcases moderate food from local restaurants with lots of beer (and other drinks too).  The entertainment is exceptional this year
with local musicians like Magnolia Mountain, Faux Frenchmen, Robin Lacy, Shiny and the Spoon, Buffalo Killers, and The Tillers as headliners.  Food prices are between 50¢ and $5.  There are over 40 restaurants serving, including such perennial favorites as LaRosa's, UDF, Graeter's, Izzy's, and Arloi Dee.  Look for newcomers in the likes of It's Just Crepes,
Best Dessert—Banana Cream Pie
from ZZ's Pizza Company
Bangkok Bistro, and ZZ's Pizza Company (don't miss their Banana Cream Pie).  There's even food trucks from Pizza Bomba and Queen City Cookies.  It's a lot to take in so plan your visit by checking out the map on their website.
